Best Buy Technology Center

The Best Buy Technology Centerat Central Library offers a great variety of courses on using applications such as Microsoft Word and Excel and workshops about resume writing and conducting an online job search. For more details, call 612-630-6000.

Hosmer Technology Center

The Hosmer Technology Center, originally funded by the community in cooperation with the Minneapolis Public Library, has run at near capacity since opening day. Staffed by a full-time software instructor, the Center accommodates 11,000 user sessions per year.

Phillips Technology Center

The Phillips Technology Center opened in December, 1997 at Franklin Library as a three-year pilot project funded jointly by the Phillips NRP and the Minneapolis Public Library. It continues as a neighborhood technology center support by the Minneapolis Public Library.
