Meeting Room Requests - Before You Begin
There are three groups of meeting rooms at the Minneapolis Public Library. You may want to take note of the differences in these rooms before you make your selection:
Small Spaces at Central Library
Continue to the Request Form
· You can reserve small meeting rooms on the Hennepin Avenue side of Central Library. Small rooms can hold four people, larger conference rooms can hold 20.
Conference rooms are open to the public during business hours and are unable to be locked. Please do not leave any valuables in the meeting rooms if you plan on leaving for any period of time during your meeting.
· Because these rooms are in the stacks area of the library, only covered drinks can be brought into these rooms--no food.
· In addition, smaller two-person study rooms are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. No reservation is required for these rooms. These spaces are free of charge.
For information on rental costs, see Facility Use Rates.
Large Spaces at Central Library
· The large spaces at Central Library (Pohlad Hall Auditorium, Doty Board Room, the Robins Kaplan Miller Ciresi Community Room) can be reserved through Mintáhoe Hospitality Group. Please contact Mintáhoe directly at 612-253-0255 or events@mintahoe.com for information on catering, special services and up-to-date availability.
· These spaces may also be available on dates and times that the library is closed.
· Refreshments in these spaces are provided exclusively by Mintáhoe. Base pricing before catering fees can be found in Facility Use Rates.
